How we use it: we use this data only to contact you and confirm your appointment. We do not share it with anyone outside the center and do not use it for marketing.
WhatsApp messages: if you agree when booking, we send you the appointment confirmation and a reminder before it on WhatsApp. Our messages contain no details about your health, and you can stop them at any time by replying "STOP".
Retention: booking request data is automatically deleted from the website after a set period from the request date.
Statistics: we count page visits and taps on contact buttons in aggregate and anonymously, without cookies and without storing your device's address.
Your rights: you can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp or by phone.
