How do I book an appointment?
Tap "Book a session" and fill in just four details: your name, phone number, the doctor or service, and your preferred date. Reception will contact you to confirm the appointment, and you will receive the confirmation and a reminder on WhatsApp if you choose to.
Are my sessions and data confidential?
Yes. Your sessions and data are kept strictly confidential, and the center is designed for your comfort. We do not ask for any details about your health on the website.
Can I choose my doctor or specialist?
Yes. Choose the doctor or specialist you feel comfortable with and book directly from their card on the medical team page.
What are your working hours?
Morning hours are from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and evening hours from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Does a TMS session need anesthesia?
No. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is non-invasive. The session takes place while the patient is awake and comfortably seated, without anesthesia, under the supervision of a mental health consultant.
How do I book a dermatology consultation?
Dermatology consultations are scheduled via the center's WhatsApp. Choose "Dermatology — Consultation" in the booking form and we will contact you.
Where is the center located?
In Muscat - Bausher - opposite Mall of Oman - Al Kulliyat Street. You will find the Google Maps link in the contact section.
